LASER Welder Mark-UNO/7500



Now in its third series, Mark-UNO was the first LASER-welder which truly deserves the title of ‘compact’ welding device, due to the fact it can be placed over a bench or hang to a wall.

In addition to offering best performance, a high production capacity and a compact size, constant research for new solutions has led to the introduction of new features such as:

  • A new operator-machine interface, which, by means of a color touch-screen display, allows fast access to working parameters and easy management of options.

  • A USB PenDrive, which, in addition to be the "Black Box" of the LASER-welder, makes it possible to save working parameters and perform software upgrades.

  • 100 memory cells to save work settings.

  • 5 pre-set waveforms (pulse-shaping) to obtain higher quality welding on all types of metals/alloys.

  • A LED-type lighting system coaxial to the LASER-aperture inside the welding chamber.

  • Access and adjustment of all LASER functions through a rotary-switch inside the welding-chamber

OBC - On Board Camera (Optional) Supplementary image viewing-thru system at welding, positioned coaxial to the stereo microscope and to the LASER aperture. It allows images originated at welding inside the chamber to be viewed on an integrated color monitor, connected to a HD video camera with a dedicated video output.
Welding spot diameter Ř 0.1mm Thanks to a particularly sophisticated system the SSCS patented by OROTIG - it's possible to focus the LASER-beam on very small welding spots, as diminutive as Ř 0.1mm (under certain limits of set working parameters)
Large and Spacious Welding chamber Spacious, free and comfortable. The special "tilt" structure of the Mark-UNO's welding chamber has been designed to facilitate welding and to allow the introduction of big objects, even large and bulky.
Attachment on Wall / Opened Chamber (Optional) The Mark-UNO is fitted with a special support system which allows it to be hang to a stand. Additionally, once so positioned, the base of its welding chamber can be removed so to increase the available space for LASERwelding. This solution has been designed to meet the demand of those operators needing to weld objects particularly large in volume.
Smart Service - USB Data Storage Storage of all vital machine information. A system which facilities the identification of and solution to eventual problems, and the execution of software upgrade.
  • The flow of Argon gas directly onto the welding area and co-axially to the LASER-aperture with the possibility to set different post-gas and pre-gas timings.

  • Powerful and silent hydraulic cooling circuit designed to support very intensive working cycles.

  • Motorized regulation of welding spot diameter.

  • Only 0.1 mm in diameter of the minimum spot, thanks to the optionally provided OROTIG’s patented "Spot Size Control System" (SSCS).

  • Optionally provided OROTIG’s patented OBC (On Board Camera) system to allow watching on a 8.4” colour monitor the images of welding inside the chamber and, by the touch of a finger, to alternate the reading of all working parameter settings and/or operator-machine messaging on the TFT colour display.

All these new features translate into more available power, energy, compactness, reliability and simplified equipment’s management and maintenance.
